I look forward to hearing from you soon. We can get to know each other and see if therapy is appropriate for your specific situation. Simply call me at 314-249-5444, or fill in your information below to send me an email. I want to thoroughly answer your questions and help you feel comfortable working with me. Most people feel better once they call and get started. I hope we can work together soon!

The use of the internet or this form of communication does not establish a therapist-client relationship. Time sensitive or confidential information should never be sent through email, as it is not a secure means of communication.

First Appointment

Call 314-249-5444, and we’ll arrange a time that works for us both. I make it a point to return calls within 24 hours and can sometimes get you an appointment within 2-3 days.

Of course, there is paperwork that you will need to fill out. For convenience, I use a secure portal for your personal information. All it takes is your name, email address, and phone number, and I can send you everything you need to get started before you walk in my door!

All forms are available for you in the office, as well, if you don’t have computer access. In that case, you may want to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time.

During your first session, we’ll review a few essentials of your paperwork, and you’ll have opportunity to ask me any questions you may have. I’ll ask why you’ve come to see me, what your goals are for therapy, and we’ll proceed from there. I promise to make sure you’ll feel comfortable with the process as we collaborate on achieving your goals.

Suite 260 is at the far end of the building at the very end of the hall near the Exit sign. You’ll see Suite 260 on your right. There is no receptionist, so just be seated in the lobby. I will greet you when it is time for your appointment.
